Geri’s Bio

Geri is an accredited Psychotherapist, business owner, coach and author. In addition to her interest in Psychology and Psychotherapy, Geri has always been passionate about all things related to human potential. She uses an integrative and psycho educational approach which includes Person Centred Approach, ACT Therapy, and IFS (Internal Family Systems).

She holds a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Keele University, a graduate certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling, and a postgraduate diploma in Positive Psychology.

Geri is passionate about exploring and researching the field of authenticity having completed a self-inquiry as part of the research for her Msc. She recognises the importance of cultivating authenticity and the impact it can have on mental health and wellbeing.
